CCVS Customers,
On July 1, 2025, CCVS will be required by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) to amend verification time limits from 120 days to 90 days. Attestations will also change to 90 days. This change will affect hospitals/facilities that provide rosters to CCVS for verification purposes. Rosters currently on file with CCVS will expire 90 days from the date of creation rather than 120 days. Please be prepared to provide the updated rosters by the new expiration date. You may also see an increase in the amount of e-mails and phone calls from CCVS credentialers due to the verification date changes.
The CCVS Users Guide is in the process of being updated to reflect these changes.
